Resolve: a fair hearing without the courtroom
Everyday disputes settled on the documents, in weeks, for a fraction of traditional arbitration. AI organizes and drafts. A human arbitrator decides.
Two services
Resolve
$179 per side
Two-party contract disputes: unpaid invoices, unfinished work, deposits, services not delivered. Decided on the documents, with no hearing.
Family Resolve
$349 per person
Disagreements between heirs about an estate or inheritance. Mediation first; arbitration only if everyone agrees.
What the AI does, and what people do
| Claude | Your human arbitrator |
|---|---|
| Organizes both sides' documents | Discloses any conflicts of interest before accepting the case |
| Writes a summary each side confirms or corrects | Reviews the full record, not just the summary |
| Drafts a proposed decision with reasoning | Changes the draft where needed, decides, and signs the award |
Every decision tells you what the AI did and what the arbitrator changed.
Before you start
- Both sides must agree in writing to use heyamicus.
- Arbitration is binding, and a signed award can be enforced by a court. It replaces going to court on the same dispute.
- Arbitrations are seated in North Carolina and follow our published rules.
- If you can't afford the fee, the Access Fund may cover it.
What we don't handle yet
Insurance claims, divorce, custody and other family-law matters, criminal matters, and disputes involving a party in California or Colorado.

We are opening to a small group of families, contractors and community partners first. Tell us who you are and we will reach out when your part of heyamicus opens.
